This is my go-to smoothie to start the day for the entire family. Wild blueberries make it delicious, low in calories and packed with nutrients that gives your body plenty of micronutrients, antioxidants, fiber and fluids for building a strong immune system, improving your gut health and making your liver strong .
If you're up for a bit of liver detox, you can take it to the next level with spirulina, barley grass juice powder and dulse to turn it into a popular Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie by Medical Medium.

Read here why wild blueberries are so beneficial for your health.
Peel the banana and orange and put it into a blender (I use Nutribullet as it is so fast and easy to blend it and drink it straight from the Nutribullet jar)
Add wild blueberries, coriander and up to 1 cup of water to achieve the desired consistency (I like to add 1 cup to achieve a thinner consistency)
Blend in Nutribullet or a high-speed blender of your choice until smooth.
