Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place peeled, diced sweet potato into a steamer and steam for 15 minutes. Remove and cool.
Mash the sweet potato in a bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients for the crust and combine to form a uniform dough.
Divide the dough into 2 parts. Place each part on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Use hands to spread the dough to form a pizza base.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the top is hardened.
