Instructions

Morning Smoothie Instructions

  1. Peel the banana and orange and put it into a blender (I use Nutribullet as it is so fast and easy to blend it and drink it straight from the Nutribullet jar)

  2. Add wild blueberries, coriander and up to 1 cup of water to achieve the desired consistency (I like to add 1 cup to achieve a thinner consistency)

  3. Blend in Nutribullet or a high-speed blender of your choice until smooth.

Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie Instructions

Note

  1. If you're not a big fan of super cold smoothies, you can put the Nutribullet jar with the fruit and coriander to the fridge the night before to allow wild blueberries to defrost before blending. This process will make your smoothie less cold when you drink it in the morning. It is also a great time saver for the busy morning when you need to leave the house for work or get your kids to school on time.
  2. If you don't have bananas or wild blueberries, you can simply replace banana with a mango or a cup of frozen mango cubes. You can also use any other frozen or fresh berries in the place of  wild blueberries. Make sure you use organic berries.
