Dr. Neal Barnard is is a Professor of Medicine at the George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., and President of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, leading programs advocating for preventive medicine, good nutrition, and higher ethical standards in research. 

He has authored more than 90 scientific publications and 20 books for medical and lay readers, including his book Dr. Neal Barnard’s Program for Reversing Diabetes where he explains his plant-based approach to reverse diabetes.

 

Doctors For Nutrition (DFN) is Australian health-promoting charity led by medical and dietetic professionals. DFN was established in 2018 with the aim to raise awareness about how whole food plant-based nutrition can prevent, manage and reverse  disease, reduce unnecessary suffering and save lives.
