  1. Blend oats in a high speed blender for 30 seconds to form a fine flour. 

  2. Add in banana and plant-based milk of your choice and blend for another 30 seconds to achieve a smooth and slightly runny mixture. Mixture will thicken very quickly. 

  3. Switch on your waffle maker, coat it evenly with a little bit of coconut oil and let it reach the ideal cooking temperature.
