Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place peeled, diced sweet potato into a steamer and steam for 15 minutes. Remove and cool.

Mash the sweet potato in a bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients for the crust and combine to form a uniform dough.

Divide the dough into 2 parts. Place each part on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Use hands to spread the dough to form a pizza base.
Makes two small pizza bases. -
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the top is hardened.

Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and then spread the pizza sauce on the pizza bases.

Prepare your pizza toppings by cutting them up into small pieces. Top the pizza evenly to your liking.

Bake the pizza for another 10-15 minutes.
