Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor.

  2. Process the ingredients until you get a smooth and sticky texture.

    Add a splash of water if the final mixture is too dry.
  3. Using your hands, roll  2 cm snack-sized balls.

    You should be able to make up to 20 balls, depending on the size.
  4. Roll balls into a plate of shredded coconut to coat them evenly.

  5. Store power balls in an airtight container in the fridge.
